This Reservation & Brokerage Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Hamra Properties (the “Agency”) and Amina Noor (the “Client”) in respect of unit PR-A-1103, Prototype Residences, Dubai Marina.

1. Subject

The Client reserves the above unit on an annual tenancy and engages the Agency to facilitate the transaction and the issuance of the tenancy contract (Ejari).

2. Consideration

The total amount payable is AED 181,912.50, comprising annual rent, agency commission (5%), a refundable security deposit and applicable VAT, as itemised in invoice INV-2026-01805.

3. Reservation & payment

The reservation is confirmed upon execution by both parties. The tenancy contract is issued only after the invoice has been paid in full.

4. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the regulations of the Dubai Land Department and RERA.
