One governed identity for CRM, HR, finance and compliance Every party has an immutable technical UUID plus a human-readable sequence (e.g. PTY-000482). Mutable attributes are never encoded in identifiers. Merge, alias, link and deactivate keep every prior reference and decision — nothing is hard-deleted.
