Relationship-scoped self-service surfaces for landlords, tenants, vendors, partners and external signatories. Every portal session is bound to one canonical party, sees only active authorized relationships, and loses access the moment a relationship expires (GOV-09).
Landlord Portal
Owner view of managed portfolio: properties & occupancy, monthly owner statements, payout history and above-threshold maintenance approvals. Tenant identities and internal notes stay hidden.
Tenant Portal
Single-relationship tenant view: my lease, invoices & receipts with pay-now placeholder, maintenance requests with live status, and a renewal offer flow that hands off to the signing portal.
Vendor & Partner Portal
Vendor POs, validated invoice submission, assigned work orders and compliance documents with expiry gates; partner referral view excludes protected owner and contact data. Access revokes when the relationship ends.
External Document & Signing Portal
Invitation-scoped document review and signing: identity evidence capture, sign action with consequence confirmation, completion receipt with locked hashes, and the expired-invitation denial state.
